Official Rental Terms, Conditions & Safety Guidelines
Rental Duration & Daily Charging
Car Kiraya provides cars on a per day Rental Basis.
Example: You collect the car at 12:00 PM & return it by 1:00 AM (midnight). You will be charged for 2 days.
Pre-Journey Photo & Video Record
Ensure Photo/Video is taken of the car before starting your journey to avoid any discrepancy in existing or new scratches, dents, or damage on the car.
Thorough Vehicle Condition Check
Take a minute to check the car condition thoroughly from all sides and identify the papers, dents, scratches, damages, malfunctions technically and mechanically & clearly take the pictures & videos & send it to Car Kiraya operator.
Handover & Return Location
The place of return is the same as the place where handover is taken unless agreed by Car Kiraya either chargeable or free, that will also be decided by Car Kiraya.
Tyre Condition & Puncture Responsibility
Car Kiraya is not responsible for any types of punctures, flat tyre or any damage caused due to tyre failure will be solely borne by you. Take a picture or video of tyres condition to avoid discrepancy while returning the vehicle.
In-House Workshop & Mechanical Warranty
Car Kiraya has its own workshop to take care of its cars & warranty on the mechanical functioning of the car except for the tyres.
Minor Scratches & Dents Policy
If any small damage, scratches or dent happened when the car was in your possession then the entire repair cost will be borne by you.
Major Damage & Insurance Settlement
In case of a major damage occurred, then amount to be paid will be decided by taking the insurance into account & will be decided between Car Kiraya & you.
Stationary / Workshop Downtime Charge
50% stationary charge will be charged for the period (no. of days) of the car was parked in the garage/service centre for repair.
Fuel Level & Non-Reimbursement Policy
Check the fuel level of the car before taking it & return it on the same level as given to you. If it is less than the initial, we will charge you accordingly, if it is more then we will just say thank you so do not keep extra fuel as we do not have a reimburse policy.
Security Deposit & Fast Refund
Car Kiraya holds the security deposit for 12 hours after you return the vehicle & refund it once checked RTO fines if any.
Strictly Personal Use Only
Car Kiraya provide cars only for personal use & you are not authorized to any type of sub renting, carrying any animals, carrying any kind of unauthorized goods/material & not to use for any illegal activities. If any of these activities found & the person who has booked will be the only responsible person for legal action.
Protocol Acceptance
Accept the car only after reading & understanding complete protocols mentioned above. Have a Pleasant & Safe Drive with CAR KIRAYA
